Account & Data Deletion Request
At KohinoorTez, we respect your privacy and provide you with complete transparency and control over your personal data. If you have registered an account on the KohinoorTez mobile application and wish to delete your account along with your associated personal data, please follow the procedure below.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time using either of the following methods:
Method 1: Email Request (Direct & Recommended)
1. Send an email to our support desk at: kohinoortezz@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – KohinoorTez”
3. In the body of the email, please include:
– Your Registered Mobile Number (used to log in)
– Your Full Name or Store Name
4. Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 to 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
Method 2: In-App Request
1. Open the KohinoorTez mobile application.
2. Navigate to Profile / Settings > Account Settings.
3. Tap on “Delete Account” and confirm your request.
What Personal Data Is Permanently Deleted?
Once your deletion request is verified and processed, the following information is permanently erased from our active databases:
– User profile records (Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address).
– Active authentication tokens and login sessions.
– Saved delivery and shipping addresses.
– Shopping cart contents and wishlists.
– Push notification device tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM tokens).
What Data Is Retained and Why?
In strict compliance with statutory Indian financial, commercial, and taxation laws (including GST and statutory audit regulations):
– Completed Orders & Tax Invoices: Records of completed financial transactions, invoices, and payment receipts are archived securely for the statutory retention period (up to 7–8 years) solely for tax audits and financial reporting.
– Legal & Dispute Records: Limited records necessary to resolve active disputes, prevent financial fraud, or comply with lawful government authority requests.
Note: Archived records are completely isolated from active marketing systems and are never used for any advertising or promotional purposes.
